Refunds & Exchanges

Should you be unhappy about the item you have received, then please get in touch to arrange a return. Please return the item in its original packaging and packed well. Postage charges cannot, under any circumstances be refunded. To qualify for a full refund then you must raise an issue within 24 hours upon receipt of the item; failure to do so will void your right to a refund.

Please note that as per UK law, you have a seven day 'cooling off period' whereby if you change your mind, and if the item is in unopened packaging then we will accept a return from you. Return Postage charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and must be paid for by the customer. Refunds will processed within 5 working days from successful delivery to our address. Please also note that any items which are  returned and are not damaged will incur a 10% re-stocking fee upon arrival at our warehouse.

All items sold by Re-enactment Supplies, new or used qualify for the above refund/exchanges policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Custom orders cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.
