17th Century Buff Coat.

This Buff Coat is made almost identically to originals, and has 3mm thick leather. The buff coat features full sleeves and the long style which would have been typical for horseman, officers and higher class pikemen.

This is ideal for battle re-enactments with The Sealed Knot and ECWS. This was typically worn by the cavalry and officers, but some members of the foot wore these such as pikeman and sergeants. This type of coat was in use from around the 16th century, until the end of the seventeenth century.
